Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-72 business hours (Monday - Saturday) of receiving the order. You will be notified via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

We keep our shipping costs as low as possible to match our amazing poster prices!

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders with a total value of Rs. 299 or more.

• Standard Shipping: For all orders below Rs. 299, a flat shipping and handling fee of Rs. 49 will be applied at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reputed courier services to deliver your posters across India. The delivery time depends on your location.

• Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3 - 7 business days

• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 7 - 12 business days

• Remote Locations (including Jammu & Kashmir, North East): 12 - 17 business days

Please Note:

• "Business days" are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• These are estimated delivery times. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, logistical disruptions, or high order volumes during sales.

4. Order Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and/or SMS with the following details:

• Your Order ID

• Courier Partner's Name

• Tracking Number / AWB Number

You can use this information to follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

5. Packaging

We understand that posters need to be handled with care. Every poster is carefully rolled and shipped in durable, high-quality cardboard tubes to ensure it arrives in perfect, crease-free condition, ready to be displayed.

6. Shipping Serviceability

We ship to almost all PIN codes across India. In the rare case that our courier partners do not service your location, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or process a full refund for your order.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Orders

• The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

• If an order is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address or because the recipient was unavailable, we will contact you. Re-shipping the order will incur an additional shipping fee.
